Separate capability from instructions
Thrive's skills library contains instructions for AI-assisted tasks. You may use them to structure practice, but an agent role label such as Senior Prompt Engineer is not a qualification you have earned.
Create a portfolio record
Use a task relevant to the work you want to do. Write down what was supplied to the assistant and what you did independently.
- Context: the question, audience, constraints, and permitted data.
- Method: the rubric, query, tests, or review process you chose.
- Evidence: a de-identified output, reproducible checks, and observed results.
- Reflection: errors, rejected suggestions, uncertainty, and next changes.
Example: response evaluation
Compare two responses to one question. Define correctness, relevance, and safe escalation before scoring. Cite passages supporting the comparison, preserve a tie when warranted, and record reviewer disagreement. Do not generalize that result to every task or model.
Put evidence on your resume
Describe your contribution and what you verified. Explain that you created a rubric and documented disagreements on a practice dataset; include counts only if you recorded them. Identify practice work as a project rather than employment.
