Thrive processes account details such as your email address, profile information you choose to provide, saved opportunities, and documents you submit to its career tools. Do not submit identity documents, financial account details, or sensitive personal information unless a feature specifically requires them.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide career tools, maintain saved information, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Documents sent to AI assistance features may be processed by an external AI provider to fulfill your request. AI outputs may be inaccurate; review them before use.
Service providers and external links
Our infrastructure includes Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and may include Vercel for hosting. AI assistance uses the provider configured for that feature. Employers and external websites have their own privacy practices. Following a job link does not authorize Thrive to apply on your behalf.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses cookies to maintain your session. Career tools may store drafts and preferences in your browser. Clearing browser storage can remove locally stored drafts. Third-party fonts and images may cause requests to their hosting services.
Retention and your choices
You can edit information through available account tools and request access, correction, or deletion through the contact address below. Retention depends on the purpose of the data, operational needs, and applicable obligations. Locally stored drafts can be removed by clearing browser storage.
