Procore Specialist

Role Title: Procore Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging experienced Procore Specialists and construction professionals to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Procore. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on experience with Procore and construction project management to demonstrate realistic workflows and contribute high-quality data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems. Scope of Work • Complete realistic construction project workflows within Procore. • Demonstrate common Procore features and processes used in day-to-day construction projects. • Work with project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, documents, inspections, and project records. • Explain the steps taken to complete different workflows clearly and accurately. • Review project information and identify errors, missing information, or workflow issues. • Create realistic examples and scenarios based on actual construction practices. • Document workflows and provide clear written feedback according to project guidelines. • Collaborate asynchronously with the project team and complete assigned tasks within expected timelines. Preferred Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience using Procore in a professional construction environment. • Experience in construction project management, project engineering, construction operations, or a related field. • Familiarity with common Procore workflows such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, documents, and project tracking. • Ability to independently navigate Procore and complete common workflows. • Strong understanding of real-world construction processes and terminology. • Ability to clearly explain and document how tasks are completed. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions.
